Exhibitor Information

2010 will mark the third year of our show being held in the Better Living Centre, which we now call home at Exhibition Place. This building is brighter, more open and offers us over 145,000 square feet of exhibit space. This provides us with the ideal space to offer to exhibitors. All attendees enter from one main entrance. Retail exhibitors are given prime space at the front of the building, with no dead end aisles or confusing layout. An updated floor plan will be available on our website with retail exhibitor locations noted to those that have registered with us and paid in full for their exhibit space. This will make it even easier for your customers to find you – and gives you another advertising vehicle – we will put a link to your website from this location. The Candian National Bike Builders Showcase will be at the south end of the building. Retail exhibitors with show bikes will be given preference in the spaces across from the show bikes, to enable them to be closer to their displays. Booth space is offered on a first come, first served (and paid) basis. There are MORE corner booths available – at no extra cost to exhibitors. There is no minimum size requirement for corners, nor is there a different rate structure for different locations, we treat all exhibitors with the same respect. There has been no increase in booth rates for 2010, nor are there any hidden charges.

There will be a snack bar with seating, and a licensed restaurant for all to enjoy. ATM’s will be located in strategic locations throughout the building.
