Exhibitor Information

This year, we have moved to our new home in the Better Living Centre. We have at our disposal over 145,000 square feet of exhibit space; all in one hall, all on one level. As we have in the past, we will offer booth space on a first come first served (and paid) basis. There is one main entrance, with retail exhibits in the front half of the building. We offer an excellent layout with no dead end or confusing aisles. This building also gives us the opportunity to offer MORE corner booths – at no extra cost to you as an exhibitor. There is no minimum size requirement for corners either, but they do book up fast. Each and every booth location offers excellent traffic flow. The facility offers ample indoor and outdoor parking. ATM's are conveniently located in the building. There will be a snack bar and a restaurant/lounge area for all to enjoy on the show floor. We offer a consistent pricing policy to all exhibitors, regardless of location. The Canadian National Bike Builders Showcase will be at the south end of the building, with many walk-around displays available. Retail exhibitors with show bikes will be given preference in the spaces across from the show bikes, so they can be closer to their displays.
